Last Saturday my mom sent me a prayer alert she received about a possible North Korean nuclear EMP attack (see here).
Just yesterday, they had this report in the news:
The Pentagon announced Friday that it would strengthen the country’s defenses against a possible attack by nuclear-equipped North Korea, fielding additional missile systems to protect the West Coast at a time of growing concern about the Stalinist regime.
This follows barely a week after the North Korean regime threatened a pre-emptive nuclear strike.
Now maybe all this caused me to have a dream last night, I don’t know, but I had a quite vivid and colorful dream. Given I haven’t had dreams like this before, it’s hard for me to say this is truly a dream from God, but I thought I should share it nonetheless.
In my dream I saw two fighter pilots flying their planes. Strikingly, neither plane had wings and the one was more primitive with an unusual looking open cockpit and was being flown by a Korean pilot. The newer plane zoomed by, but the Korean pilot pulled out a gun and shot. I felt the bullet hit and lodge in my hip though it seemed more like an annoyance than anything truly serious. I bailed out of the plane and was drifting down with a parachute, but could see the Korean pilot lining up to shoot again. Only I used the air currents to fly up and out of danger. But as I arrived to what seemed like home and emptied out my pockets, I saw there was a Korean homing beacon and knew that it would lead them to where I was.
I take the interpretation of this as North Korea will try some type of strike, and although it will hit, it will be more of an annoyance than a serious threat (though it may cause us to limp a bit). However, their hope is to do more harm, but God will lift us out of harm’s way. But only for a season. I take the fact that the planes had no wings to represent that both countries are flying along in an unsustainable manner, although we think we can continue this way.
Frankly, I am interested myself to find out if this is more than just a dream in the natural.
